GOOD NEWS UPDATE FROM VAUGHN:
A Press Release from the pen of Vaughn's Michael C. Arbeeny:
Greetings everyone. So many things happening in the Vaughn camp...
First and I guess most important, we will be embarking on what Danny and I are calling the Fearless album release tour. To many of you, Fearless has been out for over 6 months, but with the tragic events of September 11, the band never got to tour in support of the album. We are excited to announce that this July/August, we will be doing an extensive tour of England, Holland, Belgium and Germany. (One highlight will be performing at a 10,000+ seat outdoor festival in Belgium) Check the website for tour dates.
Also on this tour we will be releasing Vaughn's first live album, recorded on the 2001 shows in Liverpool and Wigan. We are still in need of an album title, so throw your ideas at us! The live album will only be on sale at the shows, and features Vaughn and Tyketto faves. We are quite proud of the record. The band was in prime form and the audiences were amazing!
Danny had recently recorded an acoustic record of some of his favorite Vaughn/Tyketto, released and unreleased music, titled, Danny Vaughn: Standing Alone. Danny's solo acoustic mini tour was a huge success, but we sold out of albums before the tour ended. As of next week, you can find the album for sale on www.cdbaby.com, an international web distributor (look under VAUGHN) They accept credit cards and ship quickly. I am promised we will be posted by Tuesday.
I have a few surprises to announce with regard to the US, but you will have to wait a bit........ I'll hopefully have some great news before June!
On a somewhat sombre note, Vaughn will not be touring this summer with Jaimie Scott or Kyle Cummings. Scheduling and family commitments have made it hard for us to keep the original line up together. We wish our brothers well.
So....... look out for Danny, myself, PJ Zitarosa and 2 new members of the family that are going to blow you away..... (you'll have to wait on that announcement as well)
Vaughn hits the UK with a vengeance this summer! www.vaughn.de

VENICE SIGN NEW DEAL WITH SONY MUSIC:
In December 2000 Venice amicably parted ways with both Vanguard Records in America, and ZYX Records overseas.
Now the band have just signed a multi-album contract with Sony Records that will provide worldwide distribution of not just Venice's upcoming new studio album, but also Garage Demos 1 & 2 and Christmas With Venice, which up until now have been self-releases available only at shows and through mail order.
As for the forthcoming studio album, the goal is to release it in May in parts of Europe, and then platform it out to the rest of the world in waves. But US fans won't have to worry about having it imported, because the band will make it concurrently available via mail order and at their shows, and will also be looking into the possibility of having some Los Angeles stores carry it.
Those locations will be posted here and at Venice Central when the information is available.
Once the album is finished, there will be extensive touring, concentrating on the regions where the album has been released. June and July are already filling up with European Summer Festival dates, and afterwards, they will most likely sign on as an opening act for some bigger headliners.
With a major label behind them, this means huge things for Venice. Music videos, EPKs, DVDs, and the kind of marketing and promotional push that their previous labels were unable to give them.
Vinnie Vincent has a new album of unreleased songs available from RAM Music. The songs of Speedball Jam comes from Vinnie's Archives from the 80's.
