Live albums rarely stand out in my opinion. But two albums come to mind that are amazing and stand out. Also because the albums each feature only one concert (not a mix of different shows from a whole tour) and they are both historicly important:

Elvis Presley/Aloha From Hawaii Via Satellite
Frank Sinatra/The Main Event

....not AOR, West Coast or Hard Rock...but they are classic.
