ICONIC ARTIST IOANNIS TO RELEASE 5 NEW LED ZEPPELIN PRINTS
New Prints Celebrate the Soft Cover Release of the Book HOW LED ZEPPELIN BECAME THE BIGGEST BAND IN THE WORLD
There are few album cover artists more important than the man known only as IOANNIS (STYX, LYNYRD SKYNYRD, THE ALLMAN BROTHERS). Now, just in time for the holidays the talented artist is releasing five new LED ZEPPELIN prints.
In 2011, IOANNIS created the cover art for the book HOW LED ZEPPELIN BECAME THE BIGGEST BAND IN THE WORLD by Denny Somach and Carol Miller. To coincide with the book’s initial release IOANNIS created five limited edition fine prints, as well as a portfolio set of his work with LED ZEPPELIN. All have nearly sold out with only a few copies remaining.
IOANNIS also sold six of his 16 original LED ZEPPELIN paints featured in the book, including one of John Bonham, which was purchased by QUIET RIOT drummer Frankie Banali, a friend, a supporter and a rabid LED ZEPPELIN fan. Now , the talented artist is releasing five new limited edition LED ZEPPELIN prints to celebrate the soft-cover release of the book.
“I am releasing a second portfolio of 5 new prints to support this, for the holidays, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to cancer research, a cause close to my heart,” IOANNIS commented. “We accept all forms of payments and even offer term payment options your support it greatly appreciated.”
