A NEW REVENGE Set To Release Debut March 29

The LA Based outfit, A New Revenge, featuring an all star line up of classic rock players, will release their debut album, Enemies & Lovers on March 29th, 2019 via Golden Robot Records.

Supergroup is a term that has been diluted over time. Throwing a bunch of people from other bands into a new project doesn’t automatically make them Super, but their bio’s will tell you otherwise. It’s time to seek revenge and reclaim that word!

A New Revenge is the very definition of a supergroup. One who’s members have more than earned their legendary statuses but also remain humble enough to let the music do the talking and not actually rely on the term.

Featuring one of the finest voices in metal of all time, Tim ‘Ripper’ Owens (who’s voice is all over albums from Judas Priest, Iced Earth and Yngwie Malmsteen), one of the most versatile and name checked guitarists in rock Keri Kelli (Slash’s Snake Pit, Alice Cooper, Vince Neil Band and a hundred more) the most iconic bass player in heavy metal history, Rudy Sarzo (who’s work with Ozzy Osbourne, Dio, Whitesnake and many more has earned him an almost revered status in heavy music) and long time Scorpions drummer James Kottak (also from Montrose, Warrant, Kingdom Come & more)

Keri Kelli, the bands guitarist says of A New Revenge coming together; "Beginning the songwriting process we said 'Let's get together and come up with three or four original songs.' Without any pressure, just creating as we went. Finally we got to the eleven songs we were all happy with. 'Here’s To Us’ was the first song we wrote for this record. It came very fast and was pretty simple to write. Its basically an ode to hard rock fans the planet over”

To further, Kelli comments on the album Enemies & Lovers “It's been a long time coming but it's completely finished mixed, mastered and all ready to go. We all really, really excited to finally unleash this on the hard rock community.”

A New Revenge is greater than the sum of its’ parts, although its parts are pretty damn mind blowing!

The foursome is an explosive combination with every band member’s skillset and battle tested charisma breaking through the bleak wasteland of current day modern heavy metal.
Razor sharp riffs, thunderous drums and those soaring vocals that come charging in from on high to lay waste to the landscape. A New Revenge are forged from the very heart of heavy metal.

Confirmed track listing for Enemies & Lovers:
The Distance Between
The Way
Never Let You Go
Glorious
The Eyes

The first music released from Enemies & Lovers comes via The Way.
The video features the band with their good friend Phil Soussan stepping up for Rudy Sarzo who had to bow out at the last minute due to an unforseen scheduling conflict on shoot day.
The video for this track was released on Friday and has already been seen over 33 000 times!

Enemies & Lovers will be released on Friday, March 29th, 2019.

The hard rock band Kingdom Come was formed in1987 and quickly signed to Polydor Records

Kingdom Come released their first single "Get It On" which held a stranglehold on rock radio in early 1988, prompting their self-titled debut album to ship gold.
The quintet, comprised of guitarists Danny Stag and Rick Steier, bassist Johnny B. Frank, drummer James Kottak, and singer Lenny Wolf, took to the road immediately as part of the North American 'Monsters of Rock' Tour alongside Van Halen, Scorpions, Metallica, and Dokken. Along with original members Danny Stag, Rick Steier, Johnny B. Frank, a tour to commemorate the success of the band and album is born. Original singer Lenny Wolf declined to participate in the tour, but wishes the rest of the guys all the success and best in the world! Keith St. John (formerly of Montrose & Lynch Mob) will be stepping up to fill that large void, 'but is definitely up to the job' according to the band members.

Guitarist Danny Stag says, '...we all love each other like brothers, get along, and laugh a lot. It's like a miracle that this is finally happening!" Bassist Johnny B. Scorpion's Klaus Meine on new record - "The new album sounds fantastic"

Guillaume (Gegers) from Scorpions' official french fan-club Crazyscorps (www.crazyscorps.com), recently conducted an interview with Scorpions' frontman Klaus Meine, who is currently in Sweden recording Scorpions' new album, which will be released in february or march 2015, and will be followed by an extensive world tour to celebrate the band's 50th aniversary. Klaus Meine speaks about the new Scorpions record, James Kottak's rehab process, feeling ridiculous on stage and his first groupie.

A couple of excerpts from the chat follow.

About the new record : "A few years ago, when we thought about this album, about putting out something for the die-hard fans, we were thinking about using some good old material from the 80's, find some old diamonds and pearls, and we did ! But between 2011 and now, and even this year, we kept on writing. This album is not so much about old material, in the end it's much more about new songs, and that feels really good!"

About drummer James Kottak's rehab: "We told him "At this point, it's good if you take a break, not so much for us but for yourself. And not so much about being the drummer of the Scorpions but for yourself being a family man. You should go into a rehab, clean out yourself and come back the same James we know for so many years, not only our drummer but also a friend, and a great guy".
