RICHIE Sambora and girlfriend Orianthi will tour Australia together next month.

The pair, who perform as RSO, will play songs from Sambora’s time in Bon Jovi as well as his solo material.
The show will also feature acts Orianthi has played guitar for, including Michael Jackson’s Black or White and Alice Cooper’s School’s Out.

Sambora and Orianthi, who have dated for over two years, will also showcase an upcoming collaborative album.
Earlier this year Sambora said of the album,‘‘It’s basically Sonny and Cher on steroids. We looked back on our career and saw the different styles of music that we did and, when you make a record, obviously, you have to own it.
“After 40 years in this business I know if we owned it or not. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it.’’

Her solo single According To You was an ARIA Top 10 hit and Billboard Top and she’s released three solo albums: Violet Journey, Believe and Heaven In This Hell. On her last solo visit to Australia she sold out the Governor Hindmarsh in her home town.

TheRighttoRock.com has issued their latest podcast interview (episode #208), featuring Danger Danger vocalist Ted Poley.  Ted took time out of his busy schedule to discuss his latest solo effort Beyond the Fade, as well as what you can expect from D2.  Interview lasts approx. 30 min.

The summer's drawing to a close and as the lads get themselves reoriented, they chat things up in their own inimitable style covering such topics as dangerous summer festivals, John and McCheese's excursion to Australia, and the players at Carolina Rebellion this year.

Afterwards, The Right To Rock chews the fat with Danger Danger vocalist and all-around raconteur Ted Poley who talks about his latest solo album, Beyond The Fade. Ted is always a delight to talk to and this episode's no different, so grab a pint and kick back for some rock talk, cool?
