On January 26, 2018, we will release the new album from Norway's AMMUNITION.

Frontiers Music Srl, is excited to announce AMMUNITION, the new band from Norwegian singer Åge Sten Nilsen (ex WIG WAM), who will release the self-titled album out on January 26th, 2018. Ammunition was founded in 2014 by the songwriting duo Age Sten Nilsen and the multi-talented Erik Martensson (Eclipse (Sweden)W.E.T musicNordic Union). They released their stellar debut album "Shanghaied" in 2015 on their own label. Teaming up with former TNT and Jack In The Box bassist Victor Cito Borge, keysman Lasse Finbråten (Circus Maximus), skinsman Magnus Ulfstedt (Eclipse), and the exceptional guitar player Jon Pettersen, Ammunition has made a name for themselves as an incredible live act.
Åge Sten Nilsen states: "We formed this band to enjoy making the music we love and have a real good time. And I really think this album reflects just that! It was fun and easy to write and record...and it's simply enjoyable to listen to. As a rock producer Erik Mårtensson has proven that he's one of the best around for many years. But I think on this album he has reached an even higher level.... If you’re into physics you'd love to be on Einstein’s team. I'm into rock music, and I'm on Erik’s team... pretty much the same!"
The first taste of music from this self-titled album was released earlier in 2017. "Wrecking Crew" (written by Nilsen and Mårtensson) landed on top of the Norwegian charts, taking AMMUNITION to the Norwegian Eurovision Song Contest grand finale where they reached an astonishing second place. The full length, original version of the song will be included on the forthcoming album, produced and mixed by the band's guitar player and co-writer, Erik Mårtensson.

2018

PRIMAL FEAR are back in the studio working on their upcoming new album, “Apocalypse”. 12 brand new crushing heavy metal tracks have been selected, out of 30 newly written tracks, which will be produced by PF's own Mat Sinner and engineered & mixed by Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios in Denmark. The album is tentatively scheduled for release in mid-2018.

New song titles include “Apocalypse”, “New Rise”, “The Hounds Of Justice”, “King Of Madness”, “The Beast”, “Blood, Sweat & Fear” and the 10 minute extravaganza “Eye Of The Storm”. Stylistically, the new tunes follow the same path that started on the most successful PRIMAL FEAR album so far, “Rulebreaker”.

Ralf Scheepers: "I don’t know where it comes from and how we do it, but we seem to have a real flow in writing some cool heavy metal tunes since quite a while. And again, nothing will be released which we are not 100% satisfied with. You can trust the seal of the brand PRIMAL FEAR.”

Mat Sinner adds: “I’m really surprised about the creativity in the band. Every band member contributes on the song writing and I’m super happy about the chosen songs and the production so far. You can expect a full energy driven metal album with a maximum attitude and raw power!”

PRIMAL FEAR will support the new album release with an extensive summer festival tour in 2018, followed by a world tour.

PRIMAL FEAR:
Ralf Scheepers – Lead Vocals
Tom Naumann – Guitars

TORA TORA Return To Studio For 2019 Album

We are thrilled to welcome Memphis’ very own Tora Tora to the Frontiers’ family! The band will commence recording a new studio album in 2018 for a tentative release in early 2019!

Tora Tora’s mixture of hard rock with their hometown’s legendary blues style put them in a class of their own and we were thrilled to find the band was open to creating new music. We can’t wait to hear what they have in the works for their new studio album!

Says vocalist Anthony Corder, “TORA TORA is proud to announce we have signed with Frontiers! With a rich musical heritage and focus on quality content, we feel their company culture is the perfect fit for our project. We are excited to join some of our favorite artists and friends on their international roster. Thank you to Serafino Perugino, Mario De Riso, and Nick Tieder and our entire Frontiers’ family for this opportunity. We are looking forward to creating some great music and many good memories with all of you!”

Comments guitarist Keith Douglas, “When we first started talking about a new Tora Tora project, the biggest question for us was what it would sound like after so much time had passed since we'd written together. After just one day of collaborating, it was clear we were going to pick up right where we left off so many years ago. We have some really good songs already written as well as a ton of other cool ideas to get sorted out. Having creative freedom is a huge bonus for us. As far as the direction, it's just going to be whatever comes out. But I can tell you what has come out so far rocks as hard as anything we've ever done and lets our Memphis roots shine through. We are very excited to be working on what we feel like is going to be a very special record and just as excited to be working with Frontiers Records. Stay tuned!"

AOR Heaven Announces January Titles - BLOOD RED SAINTS & PAL

German AOR/ Melodic Rock label AOR Heaven will start the new year with the release of the new BLOOD RED SAINTS album “Love Hate Conspiracies” and the debut from P.A.L., “Prime”, which feat. Peo Pettersson.

Product: Blood Red Saints - Love Hate Conspiracies
Release date: January, 26

Following on from their critically acclaimed 2015 independent debut album 'Speedway' Blood Red Saints make a welcome return with a brand new selection of top class hard rock. 'Love Hate Conspiracies' sees the band make a progression into a more focused direction. Pete Godfrey (vocals) tells us more. "The Speedway album was a great debut for us no doubt about that but this new album is a massive step forward. We've really found our own sound and identity with this material, it feels a lot more cohesive and is without doubt, heavier in style. This feels like a real band all pulling together"

The new album also sees two new Saints baptised to join original members Pete Godfrey, Rob Naylor (bass) and Lee Revill (guitars). Neil Hibbs (formerly of Arkhams Razor, Shy) joins to add a harder edge with crunching guitars for a tougher approach for both live and studio work. Andy Chemney (drums) was an obvious choice having worked with Rob in their previous band 'Angels Or Kings'. Rob takes up the story. "I've known Andy nearly all my life, he was the guy I wanted for our band and we are so pleased to have finally got our man"
So, what can we expect from 'Love Hate Conspiracies?' Lee Revill told us this "it's musically in a heavier direction than Speedway. We still wanted big melodic choruses but we wanted to toughen them up a bit too. We've got such a strong set of songs here and we are all excited to finally let people hear them, on the album and also live, these songs are gonna kick ass"

The album features a writing and vocal contribution from Paul Laine (The Defiants)  on 'Is it over' and a track 'Turn on the Night', written by Steve Brown (Trixter, Def Leppard, Tokyo Motor Fist)
Mixing and production was handled by Simon Humphrey who has worked with some of the biggest acts in music over many years and his input was invaluable in producing this record. The release date was set to January 26.

Catch BRS out and about throughout the year with HRH in North Wales in March and more shows to be announced soon. Check them out on Facebook too.

Pettersson/Andersson/Ljunggren

PAL is a Swedish musical collaboration between guitarist Roger Ljunggren, Peter Andersson and Peo Pettersson.
Roger and Peter, longtime friends, started writing and play music together way back. They first got to know each other in the early eighties. Growing up in Skara, a small town in the south west of Sweden sharing a passion for music and especially for song-writing. They sweat out together in a small rehearsal studio together with some other local musicians.

The group started in 1987 when a demo was recorded in Peo’s studio Vanäs for a band called Escape which at that moment was short of a singer and Peo helped out.
Now, thirty years later the three musicians are making music together again. The songs on the debut album “Prime” are a collaboration between the three - where Roger wrote the music and recorded the guitars and solos and Peter arranged, produced and played the bass. Peo then added the vocals. Mauritz Petersson was hired to do the drums.

You can surely hear vintage elements in their music, but this time with a more modern approach and passion for the music they all grew up with. The first label that was invited to listen to the material was AOR Heaven in Germany. A record deal was signed with them shortly after. The release of the debut album “Prime” is scheduled in Europe for January 26.

Line-Up: Roger Ljunggren - Guitar, Peter Andersson - Bass, Peo eo Pettersson - Vocals / Keyboard, Mauritz Petersson - -- Drums

Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce that a new album from MICHAEL THOMPSON BAND is in the works!

With an amazing list of credits including such prominent names as Phil Collins, Rod Stewart, Scorpions, Vince Neil, Christina Aguilera, Michael Bolton, Mariah Carey, Madonna, and many, many, many more, Michael Thompson is one of the music industry's most widely heralded guitar players. Less known is the fact that he has his own rock band, who debuted back in 1988 on Geffen Records with the release of a highly acclaimed album entitled "How Long", under the Michael Thompson Band (MTB) monicker.

“How Long” was reissued in 2007 with three bonus tracks and was the beginning of a relationship between Michael Thompson and Frontiers, who also released a brand new Michael Thompson Band album, “Future Past” in early 2012.
For this new album, Michael has again teamed up with the awesome singer Larry King from the band Soleil Moon. Larry has brought a new and more rockin' approach to the MTB sound and the new album will pick up where the previous one left off.
The new album is planned for release in 2018 and Michael and Larry are also working, together with keyboard wizard John Blasucci (Dennis DeYoung), on a the third SOLEIL MOON studio album which will also be released via Frontiers Music Srl and promises to be an absolute must hear for all West Coast AOR/Melodic Rock lovers out there!

Frontiers Music Srl is excited to announce the release of ANIMAL DRIVE's debut album entitled "Bite!" on February 23, 2018!

The first track from the upcoming release is "Tower Of Lies (I Walk Alone)" and the official video can be viewed here:

Introduced to the label by the one and only Jeff Scott Soto, ANIMAL DRIVE immediately impressed the label's executives thanks to the singer, Dino Jelusic who had an incredibly commanding presence befitting of the enormous hard rock songs that were being performed. Hailing from Zagreb, Croatia, ANIMAL DRIVE were created in 2012 by singer Dino Jelusic, who is the primary songwriter and driving force behind the band's sound. Dino was chosen by the late, great Paul O'Neill to tour as a featured vocalist on Trans-Siberian Orchestra's most recent U.S. tour, which is how he crossed paths with Soto and which would ultimately lead to them becoming labelmates.

ANIMAL DRIVE's line-up is completed by guitarist Ivan Keller, Roko Rokindja Nikolic on bass, and Adrian Boric on drums. Influenced by legendary bands such as Skid Row (think "Slave to the Grind" era), Whitesnake at their heaviest and with a little progressive rock and metal elements from Dream Theater thrown in the mix, Animal Drive take their listeners on a wild ride of hard rock bombast.

Dino says: "I am more than delighted and excited to present our debut album. I hope the fans can approach our music with curiosity and interest and we hope to come soon in a town near you to Rock your asses off!"

"Bite!" Track listing:
1. Goddamn Marathon
2. Tower Of Lies (I Walk Alone)
3. Had Enough
4. Hands Of Time
5. Lights Of The Damned
6. Time Machine
7. Father
