I wish this wasn't the case, but the autopsy results are in for Jimi Jamison, and it's not pleasant reading. I'm still adjusting to him being gone, this is such a tragedy.

An autopsy report shows that Jimi Jamison, the lead singer on Survivor hits such as "Burning Heart" and "Is This Love," died of a stroke with methamphetamine intoxication.The report released Tuesday (Nov. 11) by the Shelby County medical examiner says the 63-year-old Jamison died Sept. 1 at a home in Memphis.

The autopsy says Jamison had cardiovascular disease and narrowing of the arteries. It had been believed that Jamison died of a heart attack.

The report says he died of a hemorrhagic brain stroke, with "acute methamphetamine intoxication contributing."

Jamison joined Survivor in 1984, after it had already become known for "Eye of the Tiger," the theme song to the Sylvester Stallone film "Rocky III." Jamison replaced vocalist Dave Bickler.

Jamison, who also was a member of Target and Cobra, also co-wrote and sang "I'm Always Here," the theme to Baywatch.

Dear friends and fans,
 
We are extremely sorry to have to inform you that our friend and fellow band member Ola Lindstrom is hospitalized awaiting a heart transplant. Last week Ola experienced great chest pains and immediately visit the hospital where four liters of fluid was drained from his lungs. The doctors at Karolinska could after further investigation note the need for a heart valve, and an operation commenced shortly thereafter. Due to complications the surgery could not be completed as planned, and after a heart transplant was found necessary Ola was switched to a ventilator. After waking up he was able, through subtle winks and hand presses, to communicate and acknowledge the circumstances. Last Friday morning, he was anesthetized and a battery-powered pump could be installed successfully. Ola's condition is now assessed as serious, but stable at the moment and he is doing well under the circumstances, after this the most critical phase. Ola has periodically been awake and been able to communicate with his family, and also with Leffe from the band who was allowed a short visit.
 
Now we are waiting to find a new heart. How long it may take, doctors cannot answer at this point. We will of course keep you all updated.
 
Ola is a real fighter! We keep our fingers crossed and hope to soon see him back on his feet!

"As you may know we had a big freedom movement in Turkey in 2013 against our current government... It was a peaceful uprising to protect a little nature Park called Gezi Parki which is in the center of Istanbul.

And it turned into a hell when police came with Gas capsules and tanks. During those events we lost a lot of young people because of the violent police force. A lot of people injured, too many arrested! for what? For protecting the trees in that park!

Nobody wanted another shopping Mall! And then we all realized our freedom is in danger..So that park was only the beginning for them...
