It's time to admit I've bitten off more than a wombat can chew.
There has been so much in the pipeline these past few months that I've not been able to action everything needed and I've also been hit with some external delays.
So in regard to scheduled releases, here's what's happening:

The Radio Sun & Royal Mess CDs:
Preorders on schedule to ship prior to Sept. 25 release.
European general release now October 9.
Street Talk reissues:
Long delay in artwork unfortunately, but finally went to press today (along with Radio Sun and Royal Mess). Should all be in order this week finally, so preorders will ship by Sept. 14.
USB2:
Way behind with this sorry, but I expect to have files formatted and ready to load next week and I will send out USBs in the order in which I received the preorders.
Again, sorry for these delays. Everything is in progress and coming...
I think I need an intern...
MRCD13: It's coming... track list just about finaized and it's looking REALLY strong! To those that pre-ordered with USB2, it will ship separately ASAP.

Oh Deen! This is very upsetting news.

From TMZ: Deen Castronovo's recent arrest for domestic violence is much worse than we thought ... he's now been charged with rape ... TMZ has learned.
The Journey drummer had been arrested earlier this month for domestic violence related charges involving his wife, but now the D.A. has added new charges -- rape, sexual abuse, coercion and unlawful use of a weapon.
Castronovo is being held without bail in Marion County, Oregon.
Journey booted Castronovo from its tour following his initial arrest.
Castronovo is due in court Tuesday.

UPDATE:

Drummer Deen Castronovo was arraigned Tuesday, on several charges, including rape and sexual assault, in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident on June 14.

Castronovo, 50, appeared in a suicide smock at the Marion County Courthouse Annex where he was formally charged with five counts of fourth-degree assault, one count of first-degree rape, two counts of menacing, one count of unlawful use of a weapon, one count of second-degree assault, one count of second-degree sex abuse, one count of coercion, one count of second-degree criminal mischief, and three counts of contempt of court, according to the indictment.

Court documents indicate Castronovo, who is the drummer for the rock band Journey, was arrested on a grand jury indictment Monday in Salem. The indictment indicates the alleged abuse took place between April 25, 2015, and June 29, 2015. He is scheduled to appear before the judge July 1st.
